compendium.gamesharklabs.com is operated by GameShark Labs LLC (Lutherville Timonium, MD), the same entity that operates gamesharklabs.com. This page describes how this site collects, uses, and protects information when you visit.

What we collect

Standard server access logs (timestamp, IP, user agent, referrer, request path). These are held by our hosting provider, Vercel, for security and abuse detection, and we do not keep separate copies. Vercel Analytics aggregates page-view metrics anonymously. Vercel Speed Insights measures Core Web Vitals from real visits.

We do not run advertising trackers, do not sell visitor data, and do not embed third-party social pixels.

Cookies

compendium.gamesharklabs.com does not set any first-party cookies in v1.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@gamesharklabs.com and we will answer within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

If you are in the EU, the UK, or Switzerland

GameShark Labs LLC is the controller of the data described above. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working. We do not collect an email address or any account data on this site.

We are based in the United States, and our hosting provider, Vercel, is a US company, so your data is transferred to the US. Those transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreement with Vercel. You can request a copy of the relevant terms.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing, and the right to receive your data in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
